Archive but not permanently delete unpaid invoices?

Is there a way to archive unpaid invoices so they do not show up in unpaid invoices but not permanently delete them? I have several invoices which I think are unlikely to ever be paid so do not want them showing up in unpaid invoices for years but do want to keep them just in case I am able to eventually chase them up. I could just screenshot them and delete them and then reissue them if I ever need them but just wanted to check if there was another option to do it all through MYOB

    Hi ThomasB-J,

    Currently, MYOB does not offer a direct feature to archive unpaid invoices so they do not show up in the unpaid invoices list while still retaining them for future reference. As you mentioned, you could export the invoices to a file for record-keeping and then delete them from MYOB. If needed, you can re-enter them later if they are eventually paid.
     

    Additionally, if you want this feature, you can post a suggestion to our product ideas page. This way, other users who want this feature can vote for it, and it might be included in future updates. MYOB Business Ideas Exchange
