Currently, MYOB does not offer a direct feature to archive unpaid invoices so they do not show up in the unpaid invoices list while still retaining them for future reference. As you mentioned, you could export the invoices to a file for record-keeping and then delete them from MYOB. If needed, you can re-enter them later if they are eventually paid.
Additionally, if you want this feature, you can post a suggestion to our product ideas page. This way, other users who want this feature can vote for it, and it might be included in future updates. MYOB Business Ideas Exchange
