Blank Invoices

Why are my invoices being sent blank with a Red line on them.

Here is a screen shot of what is being sent

    Hey TasCabling,

     

    The issue with red lines on invoices and blank displays is linked to the quality of the logo image in your invoice templates. To fix it, 

     

    • Open your current logo file.
    • Take a fresh snip or copy of the logo (making sure it’s not super high resolution).
    • Save it as a new file, and re-upload this updated version into your invoice template. 

    The lower resolution logo should stop the blank invoices and red line from showing up.
