Hey TasCabling,
The issue with red lines on invoices and blank displays is linked to the quality of the logo image in your invoice templates. To fix it,
- Open your current logo file.
- Take a fresh snip or copy of the logo (making sure it’s not super high resolution).
- Save it as a new file, and re-upload this updated version into your invoice template.
The lower resolution logo should stop the blank invoices and red line from showing up.
