Bounced Invoices

Hi,

 

We are receiving a bounce message for an email address we have used succesfully in the past.  The email from bounce@apps.myob.com advises "Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful".

 

After investigation, we believe this may be due to the email address being blacklisted by MYOB.  How do we have  this checked and hopefully rectified?

 

The email address is:

ap@centurion.nat.au

    Hi Leonie51,

    Thank you for your detailed post. Upon reviewing the email in our system, it does not appear to be blacklisted. Please check your email settings, as it might be the configuration that blocked the other email. If you are unable to locate it, we recommend reaching out to an IT specialist for further assistance.
