Can not view invoices correctly. Myob Error?

Hi,

Selecting invoices on the homepage dashboard under sales brings up a list of overdue invoices for me and nothing else. I try to refresh, change the status to ALL, overdue, current, open , paid etc. but nothing is showing. My dates and custom date dates are current. I know there are more invocies there but only the overdues are showing up.

Is there currently a glitch at the moment?

What is going on?

Its really frustrating that i cant view a whole years worth of invoices status ALL, custom/monthly ranges etc.

I can view them if i print in a report. But not from dashboard - sales. Which is my normal go to method.

I should have to list a report to view my sales - invoices.

    Sorry to hear that you're encountering issues with viewing invoices on the sales dashboard. We haven't received any reports of system-wide glitches on our end that would affect this. I've personally checked our sample files, and everything appears normal. To troubleshoot, I recommend clearing your browser cache and logging back in. Sometimes this resolves odd behaviors like the one you're experiencing. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out.
