Hi LADP , welcome to the forum. Are you using multiple locations? Even if you are not, open the locations list (List on menu bar, then Locations), and open each location and check whether the last option is ticked ("Items cannot be sold or shipped from this location"). It needs to be unticked to allow sales.

Thank you for your post. Please allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of information in this forum.
We want to thank Mike_James, one of our ultimate partner here in MYOB for sharing insights. You can follow as what Mike_James advice. If the issue persists, you can send us a screenshot of the error log, this is to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.
To open a console:
- Select chrome menu (3 vertical dots) and choose More tools >> Developer tools
- Right click on the Chrome window and choose inspect
- Using the shortcut keys CTRL + Shift + I (inspect)
Once in the developer tools window:
- Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.
- Right click and choose Clear Console.
- Please repeat the action that causes the error/issue. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in red error text
- Save the error log by right clicking on the Console Tab and choose Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file and attach it to this thread.
