Error when trying to open past bills

Hi

I am hoping someone can help me. I am having trouble seeing the list of past bills.  All I see is a cloud and "something went wrong". I've tried refreshing the browser and I'm not sure how to get through to a person in partner support.

    If you were to open the software in a different browser (e.g. Firefox, Edge) or different device, does the error persist?

      Hi Sam 

       

      You are completely correct. I got hold of support through the chat and it was the browser. However to fix it we had to go incognito for now.  They suggested the ideal browser was Google Chrome and it should fix itself in time.
