Error message when trying access employee card

When I try to access one of the employee cards, it won't open and I get this message

(DataNotUniqueError): More than one EmployeePayrollDetails exists for employeeId = 1469

 

I also tried accessing the information through the my.myob but it also crashes as says "something went wrong, refresh browser or if the problem persists, contact MYOB support.  Do we still have MYOB support anywhere?

    Serial Number:
    Company File ID.
    Full name and email.
