Incorrect Item ID on purchase orders

Hi All,

I can't seem to find how to setup my purchase orders to show the supplier item ID instead of our own.  I am using MYOB Business pro

  • Hi TTWA1,

Big thanks for letting us know what you’d like to see. The Supplier item ID feature you’re after is actually only available in the AccountRight desktop version at the moment, not in MYOB Business Pro. You’re definitely not the only one keen on this, others have popped it onto our Ideas board too. If you haven’t jumped in yet, feel free to drop your vote and leave a comment. Every vote totally helps get our developers’ attention, so hopefully we’ll see this feature in an update down the track.

    Cheers,

    Princess

  • Hi Princess,

    Thanks for your reply.

I would think being able to do a PO correctly is an essential part of an accounting program.  Could you please let me know who we contact for a refund of this product as we have be sold this product but it is not suitable for business.  I supposedly upgraded from AccountRight to Business pro as an upgrade.  It seems we pay a lot more and get a lot less.  We pay thousands per year for this service amongst our companies and it can't even do the job.  I see why so many people say MYOB is clunky and highly recommend using Xero.  For the cost we are paying I think we are best converting.  Thanks for your help.

      Hi TTWA1,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how things are going. Totally get that it's been a bit of a rough ride, especially when things aren't working the way you expected. That's never ideal.

I have no relation to the original poster, but your response as support staff is atrocious, and also the attitude of the business as a whole to be cognisant of feature requests but unwilling to do anything beyond offering platitudes through customer support forums.
