MYOB - Invoice Link

Twice in the last month I have had customers email me saying their invoice is un-readable: the only correct information on the invoice is our logo and business details - I have tried to attach a copy of the invoice to this question but "it is to large" needs to be under 1MB, so I have attached it if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated - and NO it is not user error (MYOB's help lines go to answer)

 

I wanted to print a copy of invoice - i clicked on the link and again hieroglyphics!!

    Hi Carol1711,

     

    I can see that the invoice is unreadable to some of your customers. Please check this helpful article for the guide on how you may customize or personalize the invoice.

    Yes it unreadable - but as I have not changed the invoice format for quite a few years I am not sure how your comment is helpful nor does it solve the problem.

    Hi Carol1711,

     

    May I ask if you have check your sales invoice template if it's also unreadable or it it just when sending the invoices.
