MYOB Invoice App

Hi, 

 

Is anyone else having problems getting into the MYOB Invoice App. I open the app and enter my log in details and get a green tick appear on the screen and then nothing else happens. My business partner has tried it on his device and gets the same result. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with IOS version 18.1.1.

    To make the most of the recent upgrade, make sure you have the latest version by using the links to the App and Google Play store on our website www.myob.com/au/myob-apps/myob-invoice. Once there you should see an option to update. 

     

    If you've done this and the MYOB Invoice App is not loading, please try removing the App Cache and then Uninstall & Reinstall it. Sometimes the Cache from the old App version can confuse the new version, removing it all and starting again from a clean state can help clear it out.

    Yes been an issue in our store iPad for a few days

    Will deleting app loose and invoices and quotes previously done on this app??

    Hi there CandyFloors,

     

    Deleting the app will not cause you to lose any invoices or quotes previously done on the app. The data is stored in your MYOB account, not on the app itself. When you reinstall the app and log back in, all your data, including invoices and quotes, will still be there.
