Our invoice template combined with another companys details and attached to the link sent direct to our customers! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!

Our Invoice header and payment details are the only thing correct when customer uses link to view their account. 

Goods sold, customer details, pricing, invoice number and dates is all info from another company. 

 

Second time this has occured. See forum dated 31/08/2023.

    I understand that you are having difficulty with your invoice that has incorrect information. I am sorry to hear about this experience and I know that it is frustrating. In this regard, if you find something unusual on your invoices such as incorrect information, we recommend reviewing the invoice information in your MYOB Business to ensure the details are correct.

  • I just had the same thing happen.

     

    Sending usual PDF Emails from myob essentials, with myself CC'd in.

     

    The PDF File had some complete strangers name and address, and amount.

     

    How do I contact myob to show them a copy of this PDF the system generated?
