Greetings. Can anyone help me with this matter? I created an invoice and as soon as I saved the invoice, it showed that the payment has been applied way before the creation date of the invoice. I have also attached an image for reference. TIA.

I apologize for the delayed response. To investigate this, we will need more information regarding the payment in question. Could you kindly share how the payment was recorded? Additionally, could you provide us with a screenshot of the 'Find transactions' > 'Debits and Credits tab' window displaying this same payment?

Thanks for your response and the screenshot you've provided.
MYOB Business allows for recording payments with dates older than the invoice provided that the invoice is recorded first before the payment in the file. I recommend opening the Journal Security Audit report to see if this payment was recorded by the system or a user in the file. After identifying how this was recorded, you can then delete this and re-record it with the correct dates.
