Hi esaumellie,
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum. The error you're encountering is related to a missing or incorrect tax code in the MYOB AccountRight software. This occurs when integrating with POS systems like Triniteq.
Here's a possible solution:
- Check if the affected product’s accounting code has been changed. If it has, you may need to update it in both Triniteq and MYOB AccountRight to ensure they match.
- If the accounting code is correct, check the item’s setup in MYOB AccountRight. Make sure the options “I buy this item," “I sell this item," and “I inventory this item” have been set up correctly.
If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, to assist you further.
Otherwise, if my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this.
Kind regards,
Shella

Hi,
Appreciate your response and I managed to solve the issue by re-importing the items list into MYOB with correct Buy Seel Inventory options.
I now have a new error which is relating to Multiple Locations in MYOB. I was informed earlier tonight by our vendor Triniteq Support that this error.is due to.multiple locations in MYOB . Is there a workaround solution to this.issue?
