Purchases

Anyone able to help....I am getting a strange message when I click on Purchases then Bills......

 

A red cross appears with the message "Something went wrong, try refreshing your browser"

 

Done this numerous time to no avail. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi JoK,

     

    If you see an error message after clicking Purchase > Bill, it's unusual. First, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, logging out and back in, or using a different browser. If those steps don’t work, reach out to the support team for help with troubleshooting. You can do this by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA

    Hi Genreve_S

     

    Issue has been resolved......thanks for your thoughts......didn't need to do anything in the end....I was away from work for a few days and came back to everything being ok.  MYOB must have needed a break from me
