Looks like those invoices are playing up again. Start by checking whether they’re being sent automatically as planned or if they’re stuck showing up as "sending." If they aren’t going out at all, it’s worth confirming that the Frequency was properly set up during creation. On the other hand, if they’re stuck in "sending" mode, have a look to see if the email made its way to the recipient’s inbox. If nothing’s been received and the status still hasn’t changed, it’s time to reach out to our team via Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
