Recurring Transactions Saving Changes

Hello

 

I have migrated my file from Account Right to MYOB Business Pro and I can see my recurring transactions in the List.

However, when I use the recurring transactions I have noticed that it is not saving/updating the information from the previous time it was used

I can not see an option the "save my changes when I record this recurring transaction" as was available in Accountright

Any ideas or tips

    Hi DAL-WA 

    There should be an option to select "Save as recurring" when you use an existing recurring transaction in a new transaction. Please select that option and you should be able to create a new recurring transaction based off that. Let me know if you have additional questions on this.

      But how does this help. If I understand your instruction all you are doing is creating a new "save as recurring" everytime so you will have numerous prefill from recurring for the same card

       

      I have selected a "prefill from recurring tab" It brings up my transaction it saved what i am tryiung to explain is the information is the same everytime it does not save any changes you make to the new invoice you are creating

       

      Example each month I select the same "prefill from recurring tab" I change the month in the description each time but it does not save in my "prefill from recurring tab" It only keeps the information from when It was first created.

       

      In accountright you had an option to save changes so each month it would change and keep the information from the previous time you accessed.

        That option is not in MYOB Business yet, we will post an update if anything regarding this changes in the future updates.
