System

The whole systems need to be improved.

So much time spent trying to find things,

  1. Information not filling the full screen or not being able to widen the information coloumn.
  2. Suppliers invoice number not showing in any reports.
  3. Reports not listing all information.
  4. Refresh button required on all screens that can be edited.
  5. Having to scroll to the top of screen when going to a new section.
  6. Bank feeds that show possible invoice match, when clicked on, the account no. comes up.  Should it be debtors. Then I would not waste my time having to click on icons to get where I want to go.
  7. Same with possible invoice match found.
  8. Contacts.  1st window select contacts,

                          2nd window select all contacts,

                          3rd window select type.

why is the 3rd window not in the 2nd window and why are not employees listed?  I know it’s under payroll but should also be listed under contacts.

  1. In chart of accounts when I click on an account e.g., cleaning why can I not get information on history.

I could go on and on.

I have been using MYOB since 1992 when MYOB could only be used on a MAC.  I have grown with all the upgrades and improvements over the years.  I must say if I was new to MYOB now, I would go to another accounting system.

I am glad that I have not encouraged my clients to upgrade away from AccountRight.

Cheers
