Unable to convert Purchase Order into Bill

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;I have been trying to convert one of my PO into bill for a month but not sucessful. Everytime, when I click on the Bill and wait for response, I got a message "Connection Error - we are sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart".&nbsp;Can you advise how to resolve this problem?&nbsp;Thank you.

Hi&nbsp;JosephTee&nbsp;Can you please go to Setup&gt;&gt;&gt;Linked Accounts&gt;&gt;Purchases and check if all the account numbers have been entered? Are there any fields currently empty?&nbsp;&nbsp;
