Unable to convert Purchase Order into Bill

Hi there,

 

I have been trying to convert one of my PO into bill for a month but not sucessful. Everytime, when I click on the Bill and wait for response, I got a message "Connection Error - we are sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart".

 

Can you advise how to resolve this problem?

    Can you please go to Setup>>>Linked Accounts>>Purchases and check if all the account numbers have been entered? Are there any fields currently empty?
