the number of items per selling unit value cannot be zero

Hello, I am adding a non-inventoried item to my inventory. I continue to receive the error notice the number of items per selling unit value cannot be zero. Whereas my selling unit of measure is 1 as you will see in the screenshots.
All my other inventory items are listed as case, however this will not let me..

This has been a sporadic ongoing issue with the MYOB software.

Please advise.

thank you

    Hey Loppy22

Thanks for sending through the screenshots, they really help pinpoint the cause. The error indicates the Number of items per selling unit is being treated as zero, which the system doesn’t allow.

What I recommend is temporarily turning on I Inventory this item, then setting the numeric field to 1:

    • On the Profile tab, tick I Inventory this item.
    • Go to the Selling Details tab and set Number of items per selling unit to 1.
    • Save the item.
    • Return to the Profile tab, untick I Inventory this item, and save again.

    This should clear the error.

    Regards,
    Genreve
