Unusually long decimal place values

Hi, we're getting unusually long decimal place values showing up in our company MYOB stock lists and as I understand, there is a script that can be run from myob support's end to rectify the issue?

 

File is stored: Online

Serial last 4 digits are: 1242

Company File ID: 2

    I have run a script over your file which should have resolved this issue. You will need to close and reopen for these changes to appear. 

    Please let me know how things go.

    You can open my user profile and click the message button at the lower right of the header to send a private message.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble sending a private message. Based on your email, you should be able to do it. Try clearing your browser cache and give it another shot.

    I just tried that but no difference 

    i recieved your private message but when i go in there is not reply feature to respond

    To help resolve this issue, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can run a script to fix the issue with a long decimal place value.
