Is this for real?  Not even an email notification about an upgrade or a link was sent.

ACE Payroll will require a download link - I'm told that this will available on the 17th or a bit after.

The desktop products like Ace, MYOB Payroll, IMS etc will require download links - so will not happen automatically.

I have to run my payrun by Friday 19.07.2024 for payment of July month, could you please advise on what date the update will be done please. thanks

Yes, the info is correct. We are releasing an update in the middle of the month, and it'll kick in on July 31. The MYOB Aces/NZP upgrade is set to happen towards the end of July. Don't worry, MYOB will take care of the update automatically when July 31 rolls around. MYOB will automatically update when the change happens on July 31. Sorry to hear you didn't get an email about the upgrade. We're on it and will make sure to step up our game in keeping you informed about updates like this.
