I cant send invoices either. Really need them to be sent today

so they have fixed the log in issue but I still can't send invoices.....

So there are obviously issues with MYOB yet there is nothing on their outage site and surprise surprise nothing from MYOB as to a solution. I give up waiting on hold for "anyone" to answer their phones.
Very frustrating considering what we now pay for this service.

what's going on MYOB? timeouts, failures..are servers down? some sort of information would be good

And when I choose the 'support agent' option from the ever-useless MOCA, the live chat window closees.
Unable to send invoices and statements since this morning. It was fine until yesterday.
Need to send out month end statements today!!

Invoicing day for me also and have been unable to send any for over 3 hours now.
You'd think there would be a response from MYOB since the first post over 5hrs ago.
I don't feel we get the support required at this price point of $141 per month!
URGENT - I literally have customers waiting for an invoice as we require payment before releasing their job.

No support for me online either..... useless MOCA - live chat also closes when I ask to get tech support
