Banks feeds stopped
Good morning!
My bank feeds (ANZ) have been working fine since setting up 6 weeks ago. When I log in now there are no new transactions since the 7th of August. There are bank transactions on most days since but they are not showing up. How often are bank feeds updated? Am I able to refresh them? Thanks!

When using the Connected Accounts feature in Solo, it'll sync with your bank account twice daily (around 1am and 6pm). So, depending on what time ANZ marks the transaction as "complete", this might cause certain transactions to appear out of step.
Because banks usually process transactions on business days, we sometimes notice that transactions made from Friday through the weekend will land by 6pm Tuesday.
If you continue to notice delays in those transactions coming through to Solo later in the week, we'd definitely love to have a further chat about it. Head to "More" and then "Chat with us" in the Solo app to raise a case with me and my team, and we'll do some further digging.
