Account Right On Line

Hi

I am trying to use my account right (on line version) from home. It looks totally different from the version I use at work.

 

I can enter purchases but it seems I cannot create invoices. see message below.

"This invoice is read only because the layout isn't supported in the browser. Switch to AccountRight desktop to edit this invoice."

 

Also can I confirm that what ever I do on line will also be created in Account Right Online Desktop

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. In this matter, while AccountRight allows the user to view and record invoices with a service or item layout, you would not be able to edit invoices recorded in a different layout recorded in desktop software (professional, time billing, or miscellaneous). These transactions will be noted with a message when you open them in the browser and will be read only. If you need to create an invoice, it can be updated via the desktop application, which supports that layout.
