Thanks for your post, and I apologize for the delay in responding. We have an online script available to resolve this issue. Could you please provide the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID?

Thanks for the respones, our serial number last 4 digits is 5220 and you mention Company file ID, what this means? I got 1 and 13 which is MYOB given to me to define which company name, is that OK?
