AccountRight Loss of Productivity

We have just moved from AccountRight Premier v19 to v2022 and have found more evidence of slower productivity.
MYOB v2022 already has an extra field in the Enter Sales screen when tabing from the Ship field to the Item Number field, this causes 1000's more key strokes per day (please refer to earlier posts) since then we have discovered that in v2022 the ENTER key is behaving like the TAB key. To explain this in detail, v19 when you entered the item number all you had to do was press the ENTER and the system would go to the next line ready to enter a new amount and item number - In v22 when you press the ENTER key the system tabs across to the description field so you have to press the TAB again otherwise the description disappears as well. WHAT A GREAT SYSTEM!!! - The new version has just caused our data entry people to have three extra key presses per line item.

This now equates to over 11000 key presses per week and over half a million key presses per year,

And I have unchecked the "The ENTER key works just like the TAB key when entering SOME data" in system preferences, This does NOT work.....
Please get your act together MYOB as we are now looking at other systems because this is causing delays in entering invoices which equates to loss of money.

    I'm sorry to hear you're not liking AccountRight Live. As the preference The ENTER key works just like the TAB key when entering SOME data only affects entering some data you would need to tab through the Description field. You can press Enter in the Price field to move to the next line.

    Thanks for the post but once again it seems real solutions are met with deaf ears or in this case blind eyes.
    Why did MYOB ruin a process that worked?
    Who in the programming department assumed that adding  more than half a million key strokes per year would benefit the users?
    Your posts just seems to repeat what I already said, I am extremely frustrated.
    I have been using MYOB since we started our business in 2002. Thats 20 years and the entering process did not change until the cloud version.
    I have lodged many requests in the past and none have been taken up and Im assuming this is because they may have been taken on board because it may have been select to our industry only and not viable across all business types BUT this request is a process that has been used for 18 years and then someone changed it.
    PLEASE change it back so when we press the ENTER key in the item number field this action then fills the line and jumps to the next line entry. PLEASE
