Am trying to send Statements in MYOB Accoutnright enterprise19

We are having issues in the statement sending, we have moved to 64bit Windows 10 pro and Office 365 and we are getting the errors if we select more than one email statement to send, it either sends the first email statement and then asks for email account password and still does not send the other email statements or it crashes and throws me out. Need help to assist our IT to get this rectified.
