Applying payments to sales orders with app.myob.com

We have no problems seeing printing and applying payments to sales orders (invoices that are orders, not yet recorded as invoices) in MYOB but if we try to use the browser GUI app.myob.com they arent there and payments can't be applied. I can only see quotes and invoices, not quotes orders and invoices. When will this be fixed? The only reason i would use app.myob.com is when travelling overseas when i only have a tablet not a PC, so this limitation sucks.

We use this feature in MYOB (on PC) often - a quote is accepted, so it becomes an "order", the client prepays against the order (a requirement before we ship goods). When the goods are ready, order becomes an invoice.

Is there something im missing? Because app.myob.com is not giving me the functionality of MYOB Live on PC
