AR Windows locking in place, opening off window, no manouverability happening

Is anyone else getting increasingly frustrated with the windows in AR desktop locking into position so that all you can do is make it bigger or smaller, but not move it AT ALL and then having other windows open far outside the desktop view - again unable to bring them all into the one window space.

I have found that sometimes restarting helps but only until I move or change something and then back to square one - so much time being lost

Appreciate some feed back and before someone tells me to set my preferences - done this infinitum, it brings back functionallity for a moment. I have attached a screen shot and have manually put in a double ended arrow. When this is present all I can do is change the size of the window.

I am using the latest MYOB AR and it is happening on more than one of my files.
