Attaching a PDF to multiple invoices

Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;we have to send a letter of price change to our customers with the invoices.when i go to send invocies and select the customers to send invoices( via email), i dont see anywhere to attach another file. I can attach if i send the bills individually, which is of course too time consuming,please help

&nbsp;
You can only&nbsp;attach an additional document&nbsp;to a sale or purchase when emailing it from the&nbsp;Sale&nbsp;or&nbsp;Purchase&nbsp;window. Unfortunately, attachments can't be added when sending invoices in a batch.
