Autobuilds not working

When recording an invoice the autobuild is no longer working for some items.  Checked the inventory transaction journal and no new build listed.  Have tried deleting the invoice and starting again - to no avail.  Now need to do a manual inventory transaction. 

In the past have had to do stock counts to adjust the stock levels as they never match MYOB.

Also the inventory report shows there is no information to display.

Can you please advise how to fix this problem, thanks.

    Generally, this can happen if there is not enough stock for the items making up the auto-build item, however, you should still get the window to build or buy those items. Are you getting any error messages while trying to record the invoice? If yes, please attach the screenshot of the error and also check the current quantity on hand for the component items.
