Bring Back link to Outlook or other email
Please bring back the ability to send email via Outlook.
Years ago in MYOB account Right, we used to be able to do an invoice, then click on Send to Email, and it would automatically link to Outlook, and you could create an email with your own branding and you could add additional attachment.
MYOB took this ability away, and recently the ability for additional attachments is there. BUT the emails still have no branding, there is no way to see what was written in the MYOB email. And to top it off, most of the time these emails go into my client's spam box, never to be seen again.
I get it that a lot of people no longer use Outlook, but surely there is a way to set up additional email providers.
Alternatively - we need:
- The ability to see the actual email written, especially since we normally edit and personalise the default message.
- A way to brand the email sent direct from MYOB, as our company not MYOB.
- A way to stop emails going into spam, so we can get paid in a timely manner.
