Is there an option to bulk download the invoices? Even upgrade the plan?
Doing individual downloading is extremely time consuming!!!
Don't know if you guys are actually working on it, but to be honest, you may lose lots of customs without this function!

Are you referring to In Tray documents? If yes, most users are not aware of this issue, not until they need the documents. User expect the documents to come with a backup - which they don't.
Get in touch with Mike_James , he has software that can do this.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with downloading the invoices. I'm not sure if we are referring to the invoice sent by MYOB to users or invoices that users send to their clients. Currently, there is no way to bulk download invoices in both. Rest assured will raise this as a suggestion to the development team. If it's documents inside the In Tray we are referring to feel free to follow as gavin12345 has said. Also, if we are trying to manage our subscription or upgrade it I would recommend checking myaccount and managing it from there.
