Business verification

In the time of high competition and fragile economic situation like now a day.

We thought that the accounting system that we have been paying for years (> 10 years) will support us to help us managing business easier and faster.

But the MYOB business verification process makes me feel MYOB has failed on that term.

First it makes us (a small business) find it is harder just to do simple things like invoicing.

the strategy to stop us invoicing and dance around to make it works might work well for you but not for us. invoicing brings income to business, no income, no business and no accounting program.

I do understand that they need to make sure that we are legitimate business. But it should be to normal extend, not extremely end. 

Second, they need source of ridiculous documents but there is no proper follow up and available team members to support this. we ring myob team and have been waiting for someone to answer mare than 1-2 hours. this shows that this myob team is not ready to launch this program/ process. 

I sent updated document and there is no answer to that. but end up in stopping me invoicing for the second time. there is no following up team to check the updated/sent document. Again, myob team is not ready to do this business verification.

More than that, this will make us to question on myob is making this accounting program better or......

I got a couple of business friends that have moved from myob to Xero. they said it is far more easier to use than myob. I think I now considering that. when they moved to another accounting program that means they have been thinking after using myob for years and found that moving to another is better option.
