Cannot Open a closed invoice
I need to make a change or review a previously entered purchase invoice. I click on the purchase register, find the particular invoice and click on the arrow or double click on the transaction line. The cursor goes around for about 5 seconds and nothing happens. The invoice is closed, payment has been made.
I work on multiple MYOB data files, and it works on some but not others.
Why is this?

Can you try clearing AccountRight cache and check if you're then able to open this invoice? Please also ensure that "Transactions cannot be changed. They must be reversed" is unticked under Setup>>Preferences>>Security and check if there is any lock period specified.
