Can't save changes in Preferences

When I go into "Pay Bills" I have Purchase Order Numbers instead of Invoice Numbers showing. I found on this forum that I could change this via Preferences. However I don't seem to have the ability to save any changes in Preferences. I only have a close button. 

Yet the other accounts person has got Invoice Numbers showing. Is this because she has given me limited access? I can go into Pay Bills, but I don't have access to Electronic Payments.

    Hi NewJob101, 

     

    Sounds like your user access might be a bit restricted based on the way you described your preference options and access to certain windows. The tricky part is, the only way to know for sure is to check with the admin of the file. It would be best to confirm it directly from the administrator.
