Credit card payment not received
Hi,
One of our customer used ONLINE PAYMENT to pay our invoice. He paid it along with the surcharges and we received an email confirmation for it. However, I just noticed we didn't really receive the fund so this payment was not reconciled.
Not sure what happened. Was the customer cancelled the payment from his side? Or the payment was stuck? I'm not sure who or where to chase it up.
