Customers with activ8 email addresses not receiving invoices

Hi Team

 

I have a client who is having issues with their invoices sending to customers who have activ8 email addresses. Any idea why they are not working? using myob AccountRight desktop.

    Hi Roxykb,

     

    There could be a few reasons why invoices aren’t landing in your customer’s inbox. Best bet is to check out our email troubleshooting steps and see if that sorts it. If it’s still playing up, give our live chat team a buzz through MOCA or pop a support ticket in via MyAccount and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.
