Customised Statement: table formatting

Hi there

The table in my customised form shows the correct borders where there are entries, however the rest of the table does not. Any suggestions on how to fix? Please see below:

  • Hi Vicki2

Thanks for your post. What PDF product/printer are you using? We are aware that produce a PDF to Adobe Acrobat X1 will generate dash based lines, similar to what you are showing, instead of a solid full line. This has been something that we have reported to the required team for future investigation. Currently, using a different PDF Printer such as CutePDF or Microsoft Print to PDF printer has been known to generate the correct look of the form.

If you are still having issues with different PDF printers I would recommend to check how a default customise form behaves i.e. the Pre-printed/plain paper. If that customise form does appear correctly, you could look at either

    • Removing the table on your customise form and readding it using the Insert Table option.
    • Use the default form as the basis for a new customised form.
