Date field not printing properly to pdf

Hi All, 

 

We are running AR Premier 2022.10.0, Build 2022.10.24.7529

 

We have persistant and annoying problem with date field on the invoice template, where the entire date does not print. Please see that attached image.

 

We have tried numerious print methods and the ONLY one that works is to email a customers invoice to myself, from within AR and then forward it on.

 

Saving the file to pdf, printing the file to pdf, printing to MS pdf and I personally uses PDFSAM, all with no luck.

 

We have modified all the templates, (invoice, order, proforma etc) numerious times and this issues continues to persist.

 

Any guidance is very much appreciated.

    Hi JeffG 

     

    Thank you for your post. As it is only occurring when printing and not when exporting to PDF, it sounds like it might be falling out of the margins somehow. 

     

    Can you try these troubleshooting steps to narrow down if it's the custom form that's the cause:

    • Print a default form that hasn't been customised.
    • Open the sample file and try printing the same type of form. 
    •  Try printing to XPS Document Writer instead of PDF.

     

    Let me know how you get on and if the above gives the same error or if it prints correctly.
