Hi AnthonyAlt,
I understand how annoying it can be when the default layouts for invoices and purchase orders don't show up correctly. Usually, the default form is used when sending emails, but sometimes the form from the "To be emailed > Advanced filters" section is picked instead of the one in the Customer Card's Selling Details.
To make sure the right form and layout are used, you can go to "Print/Email Invoices," then select "Advanced filters," filter by the customer, and change the selected form of sale to the correct one.
