We have just recently started using the online payment facility. A client called querying the display name in his bank account as it does not show our business name.
Is there somewhere that this can be changed so that it is more obvious who the payment has been made to. Currently it appears to show the first 2 letters of my surname and our location.

No one wants any mix-ups or awkward surprises when it comes to money, so making sure your bank display name is spot on and easy for your clients to recognise is crucial. If the name showing up on your payer’s bank statement doesn’t look right, our financial services team has your back. You can give them a ring or send a support ticket through MyAccount. Just make sure to attach a screenshot of your payer’s bank statement showing the name that needs fixing, and they’ll jump on it for you.
