Emails bouncing

Hi,

 

I've got a customer that has emails bouncing when sent to a specific address. See below:

 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: Invoice No. ; From (Company)

Destination: (Recipient email)


Sent: April 12th 2023, 2:56:30 pm

Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Invoice

Thank You

Diagnostic-Code: rejected

    Hi JJM7 

    Thank you so much for your post.  Generally, the rejected status suggests that our servers sent the e-mail but it wasn't accepted by the e-mailing provider in question. One way to test it would be to add your own e-mail address (cc yourself on the invoice that is being sent) and see if you're able to receive it. If so, then that would suggest it's a problem with the e-mail address in question. 

     

    If you receive it but it does not send to the customer I would suggest getting the customer to white-list noreply@apps.myob.com.

      The issue has been resolved, I had to ring MYOB support and get them to unblock the recipent's address on MYOB's end.
