Emails not received by government organistations

Not sure if there is a solution, but we deal with a lot of Government organisations- Councils, Defence Force, etc. We regularly find that emails sent through MYOB- invoices, quotes, etc are not received on their end.

 

I understand it may be security restrictions on their end, but is there any troubleshooting that can be done?

    Welcome to the Community Forum. There are a few troubleshooting steps that some users have done to try to stop emails from being filtered out, which may help:

    • If the emails are arriving but being filtered in the junk or spam folder, mark those emails from MYOB as ‘not spam’, which should tell the filtering program to not filter out those emails. 
    • If the emails are not being received at all, add <noreply@apps.myob.com> to the address book or trusted sender list.
    • You can also try to flag, star, or mark the MYOB emails as important, which will show the filter that you are expecting emails from that address, and therefore not block it.
