Error Message

Good afternoon,

 

When we input all our orders into the system, we ran stock alerts to generate purchase orders from each of our suppliers. It works fine on Premier and Premier Plus but it does not work on Account Right Plus (Online).

This is the error that we get.

 

This problem has been unsolved since 2018.

The phone based team said they would contact us when it is fixed but we never got anything and now they have asked us to post it on the forum.

    Sorry to see that no-one has offered you assistance with that particular situation.


    As indicated in that message, one of the transactions is not able to be recorded through that Stock Alert prompt. For the Community to investigate my recommendation would be to narrow it down to a particular item (or items) that do generate that message. You can look at the setup of that items and possibly check out the Stock Alert setup in the Items and the recent transactions recorded for that item.
