How can I Fix Reverse Sale Transaction Error Message

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a reverse sale transaction error on my laptop, and I'm not sure how to resolve it. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

Here's what happened:

  • I was in the middle of processing a sales transaction when the error message popped up.
  • The transaction failed, and now I'm unable to proceed with any other sales.

I've tried restarting my laptop and the myob sales software, but the error persists. I suspect it might be related to the payment processing system or a software glitch.

If anyone has any tips or solutions, I'd really appreciate your help!
