How do I delete multiple job numbers at a time?

Hello,

I would like to go through my Job List and delete all of our inactive job numbers. However we have more than 12,000 in the list. It would take me an excrutiatingly long time to delete over 12,000 job numbers individually. Is there a way either I or someone in MYOB can delete multiple job numbers in our company file at a time?

Any assistance you could provide would be of great help.

Thank-you.

Unfortunately neither you nor MYOB staff (or MYOB Consultants) can delete Jobs in bulk, only one by one - it requires special software. There is a specialist company that does this type of thing (deleting Jobs, cards, items, bank feeds etc in bulk) - send my a private message if you would like contact details or do a net search 'bulk removal of cards' with quotes - this should find the relevant party.

FYI unlike v19 - which can handle 50k jobs, AR2021 can reasonably tolerate up to 3000 jobs approx. If you have more than this you will likely have performance issues and file size issues (based on testing). Jobs can quickly 'choke' a .myox file.

    Regards

    Gavin
