How to correct the date of "Transfer from Deposits"

Hi&nbsp;I am using MYOB Accountright online (but not on the web browser).&nbsp;We made two prepayments based on a purchase order.&nbsp; When I received the Tax Invoice, I changed the Purchase Order in MYOB to a Bill in MYOB - only problem is that I dated it February 2022 instead of February 2023.&nbsp;I found my error and was able to change the date of the Bill, but I don't seem to be able to change the date of the 'Transfer of Deposit' date from the 2022 date to the 2023 date.&nbsp;If I try to delete the Bill (to start again) MYOB tells me "A purchase with payments applied may not be deleted".&nbsp;If I try to delete the payments (or the Transfer from Deposits), MYOB tells me "You may not delete a deposit transaction for a recorded purchase".&nbsp;Therefore, I seem to be stuck in a 'circle'.&nbsp; In total, the transactions are correct, but because the 'Transfer from Deposits' transaction is dated 2022, the balance of my Sundry Debtors account is wrong as at 30/6/2022.&nbsp;How do I fix this?

Hi 6203&nbsp;, the transfer date cannot be changed, so all you can do is record a general journal on that date to reverse it,&nbsp; and another on the correct date to give effect to the transfer.
