I have 3 different same suppliers cards how can I delete or deactivate the once I don't use?

Hi lola_d - thanks for your question.

If you're using AccountRight desktop software, you can combine cards.

If you're using MYOB Business in a web browser, you can deactivate the cards you no longer want to use.

Hi Adrian, the company I want to merge as I have doubled up is now merged. Thank you for your help with this.  However the company have changed their name as well. Now I have two same companies with different names. Should I now merge this again?

Thanks for your response. Seems like you've successfully merged the companies, but now you have two records for the same company under different names. You should indeed merge or deactivate the other to avoid confusion and maintain accurate records.
